We thank you for your continued trust and for using our Sapphire™ infusion system. Eitan Medical and ICU Medical agreed that all current Sapphire™ Infusion System customers of ICU Medical will be exclusively serviced by Eitan Medical, the manufacturer of the Sapphire™ infusion system, this agreement will, include the provision of administration sets, accessories, spare and technical parts and repair and preventative maintenance services.

Agree on standard terms and conditions for sale of products directly with Eitan Medical UK and receive pricing quote from Eitan Medical UK. Eitan Medical will honour your currently established pricing for ICU Sapphire administration sets.
Set up Eitan Medical UK as vendor in your purchasing system (Download Forms: Supplier Company Details Request Form)
Provide Purchase Order to Eitan Medical UK reflecting the terms outlined by both ICU Medical and Eitan Medical.
Receive ICU Sapphire administration sets from Eitan Medical UK. After your account has been set-up and your contract is in place, you can expect a fulfillment of your first order within 30 days. For subsequent orders, you can expect a fulfillment of your order within 3-5 working days.

Most likely yes, Eitan Medical has begun working with most of ICU Medical distributors so your transition should be seamless in those instances.
If you have already agreed pricing with Eitan Medical for the sets it manufactures, you will continue under that pricing agreement. For ICU manufactured sets, Eitan Medical will honour your established pricing.
There are some differences in the product offering between ICU and Eitan Medical. Eitan Medical will seek to establish equivalent codes to minimise any changes and in the meantime, you can continue to order the same codes you are getting today from ICU.
After your account has been set-up you can expect a fulfillment of your first order within 3-5 working days.

Eitan Medical expects to be purchasing sets from ICU through June of 2022. However, transition to Eitan Medical manufactured sets can take place sooner than that depending on customer preference and supply availability.
If you wish to order ICU configurations your part numbers won’t change. However, over time you will need to transition to Eitan Medical sets.

Once you have completed the Level 1 technical training course, your account will be registered, and you will receive your log in details. You can then download the latest Software version from Eitan Medical’s FTP site.

Please upgrade your pump to software Rev 15 and next time you send in your pump to a service centre for a PM or repair, please request a back label update.
Customers who prefer to purchase their Sapphire products through NHS Supply Chain can continue to do so, all part numbers and prices remain the same through NHS Supply Chain.
In order to plan for your demand, we ask that you work with your Eitan Medical sales contact. In most cases we will encourage you to continue your ICU set consumption through Eitan Medical until we complete the final manufacturing transition.
