Presented at NHIA 2026, this poster by Carl Harries, Clinical Nurse Specialist at Royal Brompton Hospital, NHS, and Anna Lester, Clinical Affairs Manager at Eitan Medical, evaluates the real-world experience of transitioning a pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) patient from a legacy infusion pump to the Avoset™ connected ambulatory infusion pump over a three-month period. Capturing both patient and specialist nurse perspectives, the study found that transitioning to the Avoset™ was associated with meaningful improvements across usability, training, reservoir preparation, and patient confidence in therapy management.
